Out of respect of other guests, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We cannot guarantee reservations for those more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment. The Mather team will try their best to accommodate your reservation, as it is important to us to provide all services requested. In the event that a conflict in the schedule occurs, we reserve the right to move, change, or cancel an appointment. We will most definitely do our best to notify you as soon as possible of any conflicting schedule changes.
To ensure that we can accommodate a request to move, change, or cancel a reservation with us, please allow 24 hours notification. Failure to commit to a reservation may result in a service charge from your service provider. Some exceptions may apply.
Mather places high value on customer satisfaction on every level, and we guarantee all products sold in the Salon and Cosmetic Studio. If an incorrect recommendation was given, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. Please remember to keep your original receipt for exchange/refund to be made up to 21 days after purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
